The assembled pieces together create an original design. There is no legal definition of handcrafted so the term is used liberally.

Add hot water and drop in your jewelry, letting it sit for 10 minutes. 3. Gently scrub with an old toothbrush. 4. Rinse and pat dry with a paper towel.

Is it OK to never take off your handmade jewelry?

While wearing jewelry every day may seem like a risky habit to establish, as long you clean it regularly and the materials don’t irritate your skin, there are no major health risks. You can wear, sleep, or shower with our pieces without worrying about hurting yourself. Jewelry isn’t indestructible, though, regardless of what it’s made of, so if you’re hard on the jewelry you wear or if you have delicate pieces, we recommend taking them off to extend their lifetime.

What is your refund policy?


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your date of purchase, we’re unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Some exclusions apply:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is only eligible for a partial refund, and only if a return is requested prior to the 30-day window.
  • Gift cards are ineligible for return/exchange.
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount are ineligible for return/exchange.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is ineligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)

Returning Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

If your purchase was defective, we will refund your return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live and the nature of the issue (e.g. repairing or modifying the item), the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Returns

Our online store accepts Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa at checkout. Outside of our online store, cash and credit cards are acceptable payment methods. Checks are acceptable on the condition they clear before the item(s) is shipped.

There is a 6% tax on all items that will be calculated at checkout.

Where can you ship?

We offer shipping to destinations around the world.

We want to make sure that your order gets delivered on time and in perfect condition, so we’ll ship it out as soon as possible. If you are purchasing pre-made items that are in stock, please allow 3-5 business days to fulfill your order before shipment. It usually takes another 3-5 business days for standard shipping to destinations in the continental United States.

Custom orders are made specifically for you, so they take longer to produce and ship. Your patience is appreciated! Special orders like customizations can take 3 weeks or more to source the required materials and build to your specifications, but we will keep you updated on the status of your order during production.
